For customers in the UK, your bike will be delivered by an expert technician. Fully built and ready to ride—no packaging, no waste, no hassle. If adjustments are needed, they will be made on the spot. Need pedals or a bottle cage fitted? Let us do it for you. 

Our technician will also walk you through key maintenance tips, explain warranty details, and discuss regular safety checks to keep your bike in top condition. If you have any questions, this is the perfect opportunity to ask.

On Your Schedule

Once your order has been placed, our customer service team will reach out to confirm your order, discuss specific requirements, and provide you with an estimated build date and delivery window. Time is valuable – we offer flexible, one-hour delivery slots that work for you.

1. Premium Bike Delivery (UK Only) - £100

• Hand-delivered by expert mechanics: set up for you with no packaging waste.
• Delivery time: We’ll arrange a convenient one-hour delivery slot that fits your schedule.
• Personal touch: Your technician will ensure the bike is safe, make adjustments, fit accessories, and answer any questions you might have before your first ride.

2. Frame Delivery - £25

For frame sets, we ensure that each item is carefully packed and shipped to you. We’ll provide tracking details so you can follow your order.

3. Accessories, Equipment, Parts and everything else - £4.99

Delivery Time: Most accessories and parts are dispatched within 1-2 business days, with delivery times ranging between 2-5 working days depending on your location.

4. Click and Collect

• Dealer Pick Up: If you prefer, you can collect from one of our partner dealers. Once your bike is built, we will ship it to your preferred store, and the dealer will contact you to arrange a convenient handover time.
• How It Works: Just like with our premium delivery, we’ll confirm your order and any specific requirements before shipping it to your local dealer.

5. DHL International Delivery

• Delivery Time: International delivery depends on your location. You can check exact shipping charges and expected delivery times during checkout. Please contact us should you have any questions.
• Customs & Duties: Please note, local import duties, brokerage fees and taxes may be applied by your local authority. These charges are outside of our control and cannot be refunded by Pearson.
• Easy Tracking: Visit Track Your Order with your order number (starting with GE) and the email address used for the purchase to view tracking details.
