From order to first ride.

From the moment you place your order until your first ride, we're with you. Every Pearson is built to order in London, then hand-delivered in the UK by a Pearson technician — no packaging, no waste, no hassle.

Once your order is placed, our customer service team will reach out to confirm your specification, discuss specific requirements, and provide an estimated build date and delivery window.

1. Order confirmation

   We'll confirm your order and discuss any details — fit data, finishing kit, scheduling.

2. Bike assembly

   Our expert bike builders in London assemble your bike to your unique fit specification.

3. Schedule delivery

   We'll contact you to schedule a convenient one-hour delivery slot that works for you.

4. Hand-delivery

   Your bike arrives fully assembled. Adjustments made on the spot.

5. First ride

   Maintenance walk-through, warranty registration, safety checks. Then you ride.

Every Pearson bike is ready to ride from the moment it arrives, backed by our 5-year transferable warranty. Accessories and parts ship via our courier network with full tracking.
