Redeeming your cashback

Claiming your £200 cashback is easy. Once your bike is delivered, sign in to My Pearson and step through to The Bike Room. Choose your bike, then under Bike fit cashback tap Claim and upload your fit sheet and the receipt from your fitter. We check it, then your payout link lands in the same place and by email. We just ask that this is completed within 30 days of delivery.

Do I have to have a bike fit?

No. A bike fit is recommended, not required. That said, the entire Pearson build process is designed to use fit data. Without it, we size the bike from your measurements and experience. With it, we set up the frame size, bar width, stem length, spacer stack, crank length, and saddle setback based on actual data from your fit.

The resulting bike is genuinely built for you, not for an average. That is why we offer up to £200 cashback on a professional bike fit.

How does the £200 cashback on a bike fit work?

When you buy a Pearson bike, you are eligible for up to £200 cashback on a professional bike fit. Here is how it works:

  • Choose any professional fitter. A retail partner, an independent fitter, whoever suits you.
  • Have the fit before or after your bike arrives. Before delivery is better, so we can use the data in the build. After delivery is still valid and useful for dialling in your setup.
  • Register your warranty in your My Bike Room account on pearsoncycles.com.
  • Submit your fit receipt and fit data via the online form in your account within 30 days of delivery.
  • We pay the cashback directly to you via a payout link, up to £200.

Can I have the fit before my bike is built?

Yes, and that is the best approach. If we receive your fit data before the bike is built, we use it to select the right frame size and set the contact points precisely for you. Bar width, stem length, spacer stack, crank length, saddle setback, all dialled in before the bike leaves the workshop.

Can I choose any fitter?

Yes. You are not required to use a specific fitter or a Pearson retail partner. A local independent fitter is perfectly valid. Submit the receipt and fit data within 30 days of delivery to claim the cashback.

Does Pearson run bike fits in-house?

Pearson does not operate a fit studio. Professional fits are carried out by external fitters. We encourage customers to use our retail partner network, which includes shops experienced in high-end bike fitting, but you are free to use any qualified fitter.

What does fit data change about how my bike is built?

Everything at the contact points. Once we have your fit data, we use it to determine:

  • Frame size (not just from height or inseam)
  • Bar width
  • Stem length
  • Spacer stack (overall handlebar height)
  • Crank length
  • Saddle setback

The bike arrives set up for you. It is the difference between a tailored suit and off-the-peg.

What if I miss the 30-day window to submit my fit data?

The £200 cashback requires submission of your fit receipt and fit data within 30 days of delivery, alongside warranty registration. If you miss that window, you will not be eligible for the cashback. If you have questions about timing, contact us and we will see what we can do.
