The Cartouche was the Touché in carbon, and Pearson described it exactly that way at the time: an update to the Touché, now in carbon.

The frame was handbuilt in Italy for Pearson Cycle Specialists to our own design and specification, in a 12k carbon weave, with horizontal chrome rear dropouts, mudguard mounts, and hi-viz Scotchlite reflective decals for riding at night. It was sold in seven sizes, 50 to 62cm.

It was reviewed by Cycling Weekly in September 2008 and by Cycling Plus that October.
