About

Summon the Blood took its name from Shakespeare's Henry V, and it was not the only one: Stiffen the Sinews came from the same speech. Pearson stopped at two.

It was a titanium gravel bike, triple butted and welded to a carbon fork, with the down tube ovalised at the head tube and again at the bottom bracket. It ran to two generations.

We could have named our whole range from Shakespeare's Henry V. (We stopped at two.) Stiffening our sinews, crying God for Harry, England and St. George, old Henry is the quintessential motivational speaker. Summon the Blood has been similarly designed, to get you going. The carefully balanced geometry provides a sustainable riding position, for long days in the saddle and quicker spins. Direct disc mounts ensure the utmost braking power and 12mm through-axles minimise flex when the wheels are rolling, providing an efficient and robust ride.

The triple-butted titanium frame features the neatest of welds for a beautiful finish and blends seamlessly with a full-carbon fork. The downtube is ovalized at the headtube and at the bottom bracket delivering power efficiently, while the tapered carbon fork ensures accurate handling. Thinner seat-stays provide greater compliance from rough roads, and there is clearance for bigger tyres, a must on unmade surfaces. Subtle mounts offer the option of full guards and rack.

"Electronic gearing and titanium tubing, plus carbon or alloy disc wheels, all lead to a hugely rewarding ride. We build each bike to the customer's specification, taking great care to ensure you enjoy the ride for years to come."
