The On and Off was Pearson's electric bike, and the name does the work twice over: on road and off it, assist on and off.

It was sold in two forms, an e-gravel and an e-road, both on the same carbon frame with the motor and battery integrated rather than bolted on. It was withdrawn after a single season.
