Starting and ending in Princess Street, beneath the gaze of Edinburgh Castle, this loop promises to reveal the city's magnificence, the coast and a circle of Holyrood Park - the seat of good old Arthur.
Heading through the quaint Dean Village you will join Blackhall Path, previously a railway line to the coast. Once you have reached the coast you will follow the Capital Trail, along the coast, to Leith. Head inland along the famous Water of Leith before passing Calton Hill and back to Princess Street.
