The best method to determine if a bicycle suits your needs is by actually riding it! We offer a 30-day return policy from the delivery date for any exchanges or refunds on our bicycles, parts, and accessories. We recommend returning bikes directly us for the simplest process.

However, if visiting us is not feasible, we can organise a pickup from your location. If there is any damage to the bike this will be deducted from the refund amount.

In the event of a return, the bike should be clean and returned in its original packaging and box.
